Dyslexia Assessments

Dyslexia is a neurologically based learning disability where individuals may have severe difficulties in reading, spelling and writing words. Some also have difficulty with arithmetic.
It is characterized by impairment in the ability to process sounds and to make connections between written letters and sound.
In the Dyslexia Assessment we evaluate for weakness in:
– reading speed
– reading fluency
– sight vocabulary
– phonics
– spelling
(For adults 18 – 90 years)

The Dyslexia Assessment consists of:
Clinical Interview
Various short tests (preferably done in-person)
Feedback appointment
Written report

Quick screening can be done to measure symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, PTSD, and many other conditions.
These results can be shared with your doctor, coach, counsellor or psychotherapist to aid them in helping you.

Personality Assessments

A person’s Personality consists of a compilation of character traits and behaviours.
A personality assessment evaluates factors such as attitudes, drives, values, self-concept and emotional patterns. Personality tests also provide information about an individual’s strengths and challenges.
The assessment consists of one or two clinical interviews, questionnaires, collateral information (if required) and a feedback consultation.
