Looking for clarity and self-understanding but unsure where to start?
A mini psychological assessment is an excellent first step if you want to identify areas of your life to improve.
This psychological screening helps you pinpoint challenges related to health, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.
The results provide a clear roadmap of what you can work on – either independently of within therapy – while also indicating if a more comprehensive diagnostic assessment is recommended.
Please note that these screeners do not provide a formal diagnosis. Instead, they serve as a helpful starting guide to highlight specific traits, moods, or patterns that deserve closer attention.

Available Themes: Select the areas of interest for your mini-assessment:
- ADHD Screeners: Identify focus and attention patterns.
- Alcohol and Addiction Screener: Evaluate consumption and habits.
- Anxiety Traits: Pinpoint specific worry and stress triggers.
- Autism Screeners: Explore social and sensory processing traits.
- Depression Questionnaires: Assess mood, energy, outlook and bipolar traits.
- Dissociation Symptoms: Look at feelings of detachment or disconnection.
- Eating Disorder Screener: Reflect on food and body image relationships.
- Personality Screener: Understand core behavioural and emotional patterns.
- Insomnia Screener: Analyse sleep disruptions and nighttime habits.
- Trauma Symptom Screener: Recognise responses to past stressful events.
- Well-being: Quality of life, Interoception, Self-esteem and Quality of Life.
Does the assessment include a Report?
No. As this is a focused screening rather than a full diagnostic assessment, you will not be provided with a report, you will only receive a written summary of your results with recommendations.
Will I get a clinical diagnosis after completing the min-assessment?
No. The mini-assessment is designed to screen for potential areas of concern—it may indicate the presence of certain traits or patterns, such as ADHD or autism traits, elevated anxiety or depression symptoms, or emotional regulation challenges. However, identifying these indicators is not the same as providing a formal diagnosis.
A clinical diagnosis requires a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, which involves a more extensive evaluation including detailed history-taking, collateral information, and standardized diagnostic criteria. If the mini-assessment suggests something that warrants further investigation, I will recommend next steps—which may include a full diagnostic assessment, referral to a specialist, or beginning therapeutic work on the identified areas.
